Pets shall be permitted to visit a resident up to twice per calendar year, and for a period of no longer than two weeks per visit. Written notification must be given to the Superintendent prior to the beginning of the visit, along with a completed application and a refundable $100 deposit. Upon receipt of the application and deposit, the resident will be provided with a ribbon so the pet may be easily identifiable. The deposit will be refunded provided the animal departs by the designated date , returns the ribbon for confirmation of departure, and abides by house rules during the visit.
Please note:
– A $100 fine will be assessed per overstayed day
– If the animal is not registered, a $100 fine will be assessed per number of days on premise
– All animals must enter and leave through the service entrance in the basement and be leashed or carried
– Please ensure the premises remain free of pet traces
